Welcome to our guide on the upcoming Bicentenary of the gospel coming to New Zealand. Christmas Day, 2014, marks 200 years since Samuel Marsden stood at Oihi with Ruatara, and preached the Good News to the crowds. There is a lot going on in the lead up to this celebration, and also events in the weeks before Christmas day. In this guide you will find links to various websites and articles to do with that day back in 1814, and also about how you can be involved.
